Valuation Services is trusted to provide impartial and transparent valuations of each local government area, as well as valuations of all NSW properties. This information assists local and state governments to determine rates and land taxes. The integrity of valuation data is paramount. ValNet and ValMap systems provide authorized government agencies with easy and fast access to quality-controlled valuation data.

The operation of NSW Valuation Services property and land valuations function is reliant on the ValMap system. The ValMap system supports 18 valuation supplier organizations across NSW and is relied upon by multiple NSW government agencies and impacts on $6.5 billion in NSW government state and local government revenue.

We work with Property NSW and Valuation Services SMEs to decommission legacy spatial services and leverage PNSW GIS cloud to reduce reliance on specialist resources required to support the system. We implement a solution that supports and integrates with ValNet database as a single source of truth and automate manual data handling.
